The Weekly Worker has received more publicity from the Socialist Labour Party in North London’s ‘SLP news’. It comes in the form of an apology that members of the branch received a free copy of the paper through the post. Why democrats should fear a newspaper that tries to bring all the debates within the working class into the open so that they are the property of the whole class can only beggar belief. Unfortunately it is a widely held belief that socialism is a conspiracy to be delivered by the elite to the mass of society who unfortunately don’t know that it is for their own good. The letter complains that a friend of the Weekly Worker passed on addresses of people they thought might be interested. The circulation of our paper relies on our supporters and readers.
