One-off expenses

With a week to go before the end of our March fighting fund, whether or not we reach our £1,000 target could be a closer run thing than I had thought after the boost we got last week.

That despite the sizeable and very welcome £60 donation from TG, £30 from PJ, £25 from IN, £20 from GC and a £10 postal order from TF. Thanks to all those comrades, and also to JF, whose £20 gift was made using our online PayPal facility. JF, who was one of 14,198 who read us via the internet last week, writes: Thanks for the ‘Dead Russians’ supplement. Very enjoyable.” We’re glad you liked it, comrade.

Over the last seven days a couple of additional standing order contributions to the fund were made - by GD (£20) and DO (£10). Oh, and I forgot to mention last week: comrade AW has added an extra fiver to his SO subscription.

All in all, we have £885. But we are about to move into new and better offices and are incurring some heavy one-off expenses right now. We need to raise our regular income. Who else will follow AW’s example and commit themselves to a monthly standing order?
