Robbie Rix reports on the Weekly Worker fighting fund

Wise words from comrade MJ in Wolverhampton. But also very true. The Weekly Worker constantly stresses the fact that the working class has to be made into a political class - ie, strives to become the ruling class. This requires scientific theory - which can only come from the open clash of different and contending ideas in our movement. This can be found in the Weekly Worker, definitely not in the turgid economistic publications of the (crisis ridden, auto-Labourite) left.

We are glad to report that there has been an improvement in our fighting fund. After two bad weeks, you have finally stirred into action. Thanks to comrades VN (£40), CL (£30), JK (£30), FR (£20), OP (£15), DF (£10), TM (£10) and PT (£5). This brings our monthly total to £265. No room for complacency, comrades. We still need £135 to reach our £400 target.
