Robbie Rix is so excited, he just can't hide it

Our April fund received two big boosts this week with the contributions of TM and AP. TM’s came in the shape of no less than £130 in cash handed personally to our editor. Very nice too! Meanwhile, AP, a US subscriber to the Weekly Worker, sent us a cheque for a tremendous £100.

Comrade AP didn’t write an accompanying letter, but I’m sure his sentiments are in line with those of TM, who always tells us he wishes he could do more in his retirement to help the cause he has fought for so passionately all his life. Comrade, your regular donations are more than appreciated.

Talking about regular donations, we received six standing order payments last week - thanks to TB, AC, EW, DW, JP and JD, for their contributions ranging from £5 to £25. Finally, there were two PayPal gifts, from KJ (£25) and FC (£10) - they were among the 11,563 visitors to our website over the last seven days.

By the way, for those of you who are very fond of our website as it is at present, I hope you will be even more pleased with our new one, which is almost ready to be launched, I am assured. Watch this space!
